Gruunkrag
Gruunkrag is a dwarven kingdom to the west of Estmuire and southwest of the Sestrawood. Its eastern gate opens only a few days travel from the Keep at Stormgaarten.
Populace
Primary races
Gruunkrag has nearly a unanimously dwarven population. They have little trust for outsiders, and it is rare for them to admit any below the mountain who aren't dwarves.
Other common races
Other races seen within Gruunkrag are likely to be with trading and merchant caravans, and unlikely to be far from the border communities. This might be human merchants or elven craftsmen looking for ores. More unlikely are those who have earned the trust of the dwarves, or even rarer those who have managed to join dwarven clans.

Gruunkrag is a kingdom under a monarch who sits the Arcalite Throne. The current monarch is King Slatetremor.
